I am very upset with this place, they have an administrator who, when you need it, does not appear today, I had my last bad experience with this person, I was vacating the place because, apart from being infested with rats, they stole part of my things today, I made the report to the police and talk to the insurance that they sell us, I hope they answer for my stolen belongings and apart from all this, this administrator of the place dares to say that he leaves forgotten things when he is not finished. We rented 2 units - our first unit went fine. The second rental was a nightmare. We were assigned a unit. When we came to the locker after hiring a truck and movers that cost us $300 the locker had a blue lock on it. We called the storage unit 3 times over the weekend and left messages...nothing. Called Monday, nothing. Finally got a call back and we were told that the unit was under maintenance and we should have never been assigned that locker. I am extremely upset with the state of my storage unit. ALL of my items were ruined due to rats and lack of up keep of the facility. Upon cleaning out my unit of priceless sentimental items I found everything to be absolutely ruined by rats. Feces, urine, and everything was chewed up. A board fell down in my unit which broke some of my items as well. There was a DEAD RAT that I had to get rid of. This place has rats. When I tried calling and leaving voicemails, no one got back to me, and there’s never a person in the office. I had to throw away multiple destroyed items, including my mattress
