I pay for 24/7 access, but I can’t actually get in. If you’re charging for 24/7 access and I can’t get in at night, that’s not just frustrating, it’s deceptive. I expect clear access hours up front, not surprises after you take my money. That mismatch needs to be fixed. Friendly staff though.

I am very upset with this place, they have an administrator who, when you need it, does not appear today, I had my last bad experience with this person, I was vacating the place because, apart from being infested with rats, they stole part of my things today, I made the report to the police and talk to the insurance that they sell us, I hope they answer for my stolen belongings and apart from all this, this administrator of the place dares to say that he leaves forgotten things when he is not finished.
