I had a very mixed experience here. The property itself was fine and the entry/exit through the app worked well. My issue was more with the people and billing. First, I tried booking online. I couldn't choose my actual desired move-in date. So, I called and explained the situation to two different people. They also didn't see the same lower rate I saw online, but said they would honor it. They did not.
