I've been in customer service for over 4 decades, and have major health issues, when I first had to rent from this SHITHOLE, they were very nice in letting me use the 4 wheel cart, now as I'm moving out they refuse to let me use the cart, further more the manager knows of my health problems, and has seen me in distress with my breathing. She said the cart is no longer available and there is stuff on it, she is to lazy to remove the stuff is the problem.
