Cody, was very attentive and patient with me this morning very helpful to me. I will need them. He’s always Pleasant kind and ready to assist you. He represents Public Storage always Pleasant and helpful!! Give him a raise!!! I truly look forward to seeing him when I come in to pay my storage bill.
Started out reasonable for what it is. But in the course of 2 years they quadrupled the price of my unit (fine print of rental agreement says they can do this whenever) on top of that, I had somebody try to break in my unit at one point. Last if all, there were homeless people were living in the unit next to mine. Regardless they keep raising the price. At this point enough is enough; I’m moving my stuff and I recommend you don’t bother keeping things here unless you’re desperate.
Colby was a great help today and my Storage and he did a fantastic job. All my request was taken care of at a timely matter is 1235 on Monday. He did a real fast at the job thank you thank you very much.
