Unit was broken into, many things taken. No real security, gate open, anyone can come in.

I'm really disappointed in public storage. I have had bins with them for 2 years and they refuse to wave an outrageous $20 late fee for a $66 bin. we will be finding somewhere else to move our stuff as soon as possible. when I signed my lease the guy stated I had till day 10 to pay and I guess he lied to me and I only have till day 6. horrible customer service.
