First of all, Nicole called me not once or twice but three times to confirm, and remind me of my scheduled move-in date. I absolutely LOVED the customer service given to me by Nicole. She was super efficient, very helpful, very informative, had lots of personality and explained everything to the T. She was very warm, friendly and caring. Public Storage was a great experience. The whole staff is very friendly and helpful. Eunice is very attentive and always has a great sense of humor. They helped me set up a truck to take stuff I didn't want to a donation site before I vacated my unit. Prices are also very reasonable for the space you get. Definitely a business worth hooting for.
