I went to this public storage I didn't even use the storage unit I tried to cancel within 24 hours and they said once I called corporate that I could in this case get refunded. Although the storage unit on Dempsey road in Milpitas they told me there was nothing they could do and I was being charged regardless. Nothing had happened I was still waiting to hear back from corporate and expected the refund and lo and behold I seen another charge to my account for more money after all the problems in the beginning in the first pla... read more
