Significant rent increase without repairing any of the issues with the facility. Sections of the fence are regularly falling down leaving the property unsecured, garage doors leak water into unit. Gates barely works, but they can justify a large rent increase. Way better options near by. Steer clear of this place
This place is a rip off. Do not do business with them. Rent increases every 6 months
I didn’t have issues with the storage space itself but no one ever answers the phone or returns calls. I’ve been trying to close my storage unit out for at least a week. I finally got a chance to go in and find Geoff sitting at the front desk. Then why not answer the phone?!
