Never missed a single payment and never had any issues , other than they ruined my washer and dryer by power washing the units….. without a mention that this would happen and to move items away from the door during this. They will claim your first unit is a deal then raise the price in a couple months and if you switch to a cheaper one guess what! They still raise the price an astronomical amount. No way the smallest unit should be 67 dollars a month. Huge Scam Artists here.
Terrible business, not the local manager but public storage in general. The unit prices sky rocket each year. my 5x5 unit is advertised at under 50$ a month, I'm about to pay 89 a month for such a small unit. The app sucks, customer service is non existent, and overall your better off going somewhere else. beware the price increases....
