Clean facilities, knowledgeable staff. There were a couple of unexpected fees to begin with so make sure to snatch up any online promos when you can. Will recommend to all.
I stopped by the Public Storage on Michigan St. and Bumby. Jason was extremely helpful, friendly, and patient. On top of that, the whole location was clean and organized. Thank you for your help!
My wife and I came in for a large storage unit, Hilary helped guide us she has outstanding customer service and very professional. Every unit we looked at was spotless and clean My wife was extremely satisfied with this. We felt no pressure and we got exactly what we came for at a great price.
