Bad service they are never in the office and claim a person is on site worst storage ever bad location and receptionist over the phone as well had to file formal complaint first phone call to supervisor
Public Storage, yet again, without Notice, increased my rent from $90 per month (an increase from their original advertised online price of $67) which I still reluctantly paid. Now three months later, they have again increased the rent to $126.08 per month. This is predatory pricing at best and violates Florida law at worst. There was no Consideration for a 100% price increase from the original $67 per month advertised price back in September 2024. That is not reasonable.
absolutely inhumane. in 1 year, my rent has DOUBLED. it goes up about 30% every 4 months. i can not wait until i have the time to get my things out of this unit and tell everyone to stay far away from this company.
Fantastic place, great customer service, Jon was a lot of help with unloading something heavy and autumn has great customer service.
Quick and easy, and reasonably priced! Autumn was wonderful and kind, and showed me my locker options and where mine was at. Thank you so much!
