The elevator near my unit broke AGAIN today with my furniture in it. I was moving out and had 3 movers (paid hourly) when this happened. The staff were incredibly unhelpful (could not tell me when this might be fixed) and one staff member in particular-\-\"Virginia"-\-\was beyond rude and unprofessional. She kept telling me over and over about a sign that the elevators were out of order was on it the day before.
