Have loved my experience thus far with Public Storage on Dearborn. Incredibly kind, attentive staff! I booked a locker and received a call from Coquita the week before my check in day to let me know the locker I'd reserved would require climbing a ladder and asking if I'd like a different one that was easier to access (I said yes, please!).
