I love the location and love the staff but the hours SUCK! They need to open at 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM because some of us need to get Life going EARLY. The EARLY bird catches the WORM!
Everything is smooth. The afro american girl that's working there is very nice and friendly. She helped me to how to access the gate and elevator and how to borrow the cart. She was very knowledgeable and helpful.
There is Public Storage, as a company, being obnoxious with their policies, then there is the location itself. First of all - ugh, I fell for the "$1 first months' rent" again! $1 for first month...plus $29 "admin fee", plus the price of a lock ($20 + tax) ends up being $52 (I got a $24/month unit, by the way). "But don't worry!" Public Storage says before clicking confirm, "we will 'cheerfully' refund you for the lock if you bring your own!" I said f-that and picked up a Masterlock (classic padlock) for $7 while I was doing... read more
It's about all the way there....at the top....but the bathroom does exist unlike urban storage in Tacoma I realize this now what seems quite admiral at most....
