Coquita is the best she got me in a bigger unit for a great price. She goes above and beyond She needs a raise.
All in all, this is a pretty well run storage property. The management is way more understanding and compassionate than I have seen at most of these establishments. Communication is key here and I honestly believe if you are putting in the effort and keeping an honest & open communication with them, then will work with you on anything here.
I was wrapping up a first nights move-in and didn’t realize I was still there a bit past closing while staff were doing their end-of-day routine. No issue—just calm, professional service from Paul and Jim. Then I got a text and email from corporate the next day scolding me for it. Really? Maybe corporate should check with their team before sending out canned warnings. The people at this location are doing it right.
Just started renting today so this review is for the rental process. Paul was super helpful and thorough. There were a lot of customers at once but he handled everything well!
