I paid on time every month for 2 years, never had any issues whatsoever with the unit or the employees. My rate went up, fine. Never needed anything from anyone there. We were silent renters. Then came the moving out part and here I am giving a poor review because I get a phone call from 2 women, taking turns literally yelling & ultimately cussing at me over a misunderstanding regarding moving out. How incredibly unprofessional & class-less. I will never use Public Storage again.
