⭐ Unsafe experience — I was trapped inside the facility ⭐ On Saturday, August 30th, I arrived at this Public Storage at 8:35 pm to finish moving my belongings. I entered with my access code, not realizing the facility closed at 9 pm. When I tried to leave at 9:15 pm, the exit gate would not open. I was trapped inside the property for over two hours. The staff Miss Amy was a Godsent and help a lot , I deal with a lot of storage places and this one has been the best to me . I would go againif the need arises. I couldn't be happier!

I own my own business, so I have a lot of equipment that I can’t fit into my own home, so public storage is a convenient space for me, recently, I had to renew my payment card for my monthly lease at public storage and Ashley was so very helpful and also let me know that I would receive a $60 deduction in my monthly lease, thank you so very much, Ashley!

The corporate manager told me that I couldn’t store for broken down boxes in his recycling bin. When I asked if I could kindly have access, seems very petty to me are used to work in a storage facility myself so I know that it’s actually he is just petty

WORST PLACE EVER. THEY DO NOT TREAT YOU WITH RESPECT THEY DO NOT FOLLOW UP ON ANYTHING. I CLEARED OUT MY UNIT LAST MONTH AND ADVISED THEM MULTIPLE TIMES I WAS ENDING MY RENTAL AS AGREED THE OFFICE DID NOT OPEN UNTIL 9:30AM AND NO ONE WAS IN FOR HOURS AS THEY WERE SUPPOSEDLY CLEANING BUT AFTER MULTIPLE PHONE CALLS THEY STILL DID NOT CLOSE OUT MY UNIT AND ARE STILL BILLING ME. THEY ARE DISREPUTABLE AND AWFUL PEOPLE TO WORK WITH DO NOT RENT HERE UNTLESS YOU WANT PROBLEMS
