I had used Public Storage for several years until I had more than $20,000 worth of stuff taken. The thieves cut through bolt leaving my locks untouched. It turns out that none of the units are really safe. There were no cameras to catch the thieves. If you use the place have the locking mechanism modified. The other issue that I had was that the rent went up every 6 months with no improvement in the site.
