I visited the office the other day at 1080 Pecten Ct. Milpitas to ask questions. RJ helped me with honest answers and some useful suggestions. I really appreciate it. The charges every month is a burden for me, but RJ makes it bearable.
Claudia gave me excellent customer service when I came in to pay my bill for a storage unit I have out of state. She helped me enroll in auto pay. The in person service was better than automated. I have a difficult time with the app, but Claudia was awesome. Thank You!
