They close up at 6 I can’t even access my storage during my moving process because I’m to busy with my life to ever get there before 6. I’m not paying an extra 60 a month for access it’s dumb.
Thank you Stephanie for all your help. She manages a really big property and was willing to show me spaces to make sure i found the perfect storage . I recommend both locations.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at the 1601 Watson Ct location. I am a current customer with an active lease and my account is fully paid via AutoPay. However, the electronic gate and door access systems are completely broken, meaning I am locked out and cannot access my own property in unit #E064. To make matters worse, this is a "ghost" facility. There is NEVER any staff on-site to assist you when the system fails, and standard customer service is incredibly slow to respond. They are very quick to take your money every... read more
