Claudia gave me excellent customer service when I came in to pay my bill for a storage unit I have out of state. She helped me enroll in auto pay. The in person service was better than automated. I have a difficult time with the app, but Claudia was awesome. Thank You!
I had a great experience using this self-storage facility for my vehicle. The property is clean, secure, and well maintained, which gave me real peace of mind leaving my vehicle there. Access was easy and convenient, and the layout made parking and retrieving my vehicle stress-free. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to answer questions. Pricing was fair with no hidden surprises (and I hope it stays that way!). I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for safe, reliable vehicle storage.

RJ is an employee that can handle all issues and problems that can be encounter in the company. Even though he is just new in this branch (Pecten), i noticed that the way he communicate, he can answer any questions that is being asked calmly and with respect to the customer. One time i went to pay my bill almost 5pm, i know that he’s already tired but still welcomes me with a smile and patiently answers my questions.
