Friendly staff clean facility
The front desk and customer service was excellent in all respects. My negative is the general business model of public storage. I started with a 10 x 15 for ~$100/mo and within 2 years it was over $300/mo. So I went back, threw away half of my stuff to get it back down to $100/MO. But even in the smaller space, within 2 years it was back over $300 again.
