They lock your unit even if is paid – Do not rent here, I have 2 units and they will lock you out even if your account is paid on time, then when you call to request to have the lock remove they talk to you with attitude. I tried to cancel my account due to being a second time that they put a lock on my storage and will not prorate to refund anything.
