RecommendedI used another Public Storage for the first time in 2003 then used this location beginning in 2011. It’s very clean and well-managed and maintained. The only complaint I have is the rent. Long-term rental rates are increased annually while new rental rates are slashed all the time. So loyal customer are paying outrageous rental rates while the turnover customers are paying extremely low rates. They lock your unit even if is paid – Do not rent here, I have 2 units and they will lock you out even if your account is paid on time, then when you call to request to have the lock remove they talk to you with attitude. I tried to cancel my account due to being a second time that they put a lock on my storage and will not prorate to refund anything.
