Very difficult to communicate with management. They appear to have no service standard for returning phone calls. Not only is their pricing changed at their whim, they refused to tell me how much the 1st increase would be. At a time when most consumers are looking for transparency this company is focused on opacity. Needless to say, they have lost my business
I agree with other reviewers who have complained about the price increases. My rates have tripled since I initially rented a space 5 years ago. Each increase has been without explanation of cause. I can’t wait to get my stuff out of there!
decided to go with a storage unit, and I was having a really difficult time. I felt overwhelmed and didn’t even know how to get into my unit. Kelly stepped in and helped me through the whole process with nothing but smiles and laughs. She genuinely wanted to make my day less hectic, especially since I had a very important call coming up and was already rushing in not in the best mood. I was moving into my storage yesterday and I met Kelly, what a great manager! What great personality! She took the time to meet me, And make sure that I had everything I needed. She looked like she was ready to go home but she still took time to introduce herself to me. Thank you so much and I would definitely recommend people to her.
