I am now a customer of public storage only because i had the good fortune to walk in and get help from Nick. Not only was he creative, helpful and professional, but he is amazingly customer-focused. I am grateful for his being here today.

On line experience not so good but on site experience was excellent, Nick was very helpful and got my rental set up and good to go!
This is a great storage unit in Edmond. Nice, clean and easy to find. Mary, the location manager, was extremely helpful and friendly! Would definitely recommend.
