Mary is so helpful and the facility is well run.
Mary was so sweet, personable, and helpful. We wanted to view a storage unit before we setup an account and she was happy to help us. She showed us the unit and went over pricing and any extra information we needed. We enjoyed our experience with her and decided to rent with them.
Just about the worst storage space to rent from. It doesn’t matter what rate they quote you at the beginning. They will almost immediately aggressively raise the price consistently, even while they offer lower prices to new customers. For half of my time there one of the doors to the climate controlled unit was broken and didn’t latch, so I couldn’t use the door closest to my unit. Took them over a year to fix it. They gave me a great rate on a very large unit. I chose them because the price was better than most. Unfortunately, after a few months, they jacked the price up so high that I'm struggling to pay it now. I would not recommend Public Storage nor will I ever use them again.
Very clean units. Large climate controlled units available. Mary helped me and she is amazing!!
