The property manager kas was very unprofessional. She was angry, she interrupted me on multiple occasions, she called 911 because she felt uncomfortable with me expressing my issue on how my family and I were stuck inside the gate for an hour after 9pm before I was able to leave. This has been a bad experience, even though I've always paid my fees on time. Last time my unit was broken into and a lot of stuff was stolen. I had a really smooth experience at this Public Storage location. Kas was super helpful, answered all my questions, and made the move-in process quick and stress-free. The property was clean, well-lit, and felt secure, which was important to me. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a reliable storage place.
