Fire Code Violation! No access to our climate controlled unit for 2 weeks!! PAID MOVERS AND COULD NOT ACCESS UNIT. We leased 2 storage units. Emptied one unit. The employee disabled our access code and vacated the unit we were still occupying. Not knowing this took place, we hired movers at $100 deposit and $100/hour. We get to the storage facility and the storm affected the security system so we could no access our inside climate controlled unit. That is when we found out our access code was not longer active.
