Our unit was broken into. We pay extra thinking our unit is secure. No cameras; the door does not secure properly. A total of 47 units have been broken into.
If I could give this storage facility less than one star I would. The units are not properly sealed and rats got into our unit and gnawed through boxes of linens, clothes and fabrics. There were rat droppings all over boxes and on chair covers! Save yourself a lot of heart break and do not rent from this storage facility!
