There were so many mice and roaches in my clothing and I think the people who work here live downstairs. Honestly I think some homeless people rent out storage units here so idk how safe it was however the main thing was the rodent issue and bringing it in to my new apartment because of this storage unit. The feces also damaged most of my things and my kids things as well. I just wanted to make you aware before you stay here because they have so many great reviews that I didn’t even notice.
Awesome customer service, getting a unit was quick and easy. Love the location.
I am writing this review, on the behalf of my mother. She had issues opening her unit and had a panic attack. Sal was able to calm her down and hear out her issues. He was able to understand her stress and was able to comfort her. HE WAS A GREAT HELP! My mom was able to get her issue resolved, with access to her unit. Thank you guys, for picking the right people to represent the company!
