They are the most trifling most dirty storage unit ever. the elevator has been broken for a year now, when it snowed they use small pebbles instead of pothole filling which cause damage to people's vehicles. I've been calling for the past days just to get information on my bill and they are acting cute like they are funny or something weird. and they took my bill up an extra $40 keep saying they will bring it down and they won't bring it down and won't even answer the phone.
Jess is amazing. Her customer service is second to none. Any issues I have, she resolves them with no hesitation.
THE PUBLIC STORAGE, located on Chillum Road in Hyattsville, Maryland, has the most Friendly and Helpful staff. Both Sal & Jess were so incredibly kind and helpful with any questions that I had. They even walk throughout the building to see if anyone needs help, and will help you find carts if you need them. Absolutely great Customer Service from Sal & Jess.

Wonderful, never had any problem. The agents working at the facility where I have storage are very nice, polite, and very respectful to me when ever I or they call. Thank you for having attentive and well manner agents.
