Well, if there is a better property manager than Jim, I don't know them. Honestly, I have had the worse time with storage units, but Jim took away my apprehension by listening and providing me with exactly what I needed. I would say, don't buy your unit before speaking with Jim, in person. He gets things done right. Thanks for all the help.
