Clean place with friendly staff. My biggest complaint is the price hikes. My 10'x25' unit doubled in price in 9 months. Rented in Sept 2025 for $225/mo. By Jan 2026 it had gone up to $325/mo. Then I got a notice saying the rate would be increasing to $460/mo in July 2026. Quickly ditched this place for a more affordable option across town. I understand that they reserve the right to increase prices at their discretion, but doubling the rate in less than a year is ridiculous.
