Charlie is the best in customer service. He’s so sweet and kind. He made sure me and my future roommate got the best deal possible and helped us decide if we should get an indoor or outdoor locker. The storage unit was clean and the site had no debris or trash anywhere. It was lovely experience working with him and Public Storage!
The Plymouth site caretaker ( Charlie ) went out of his way to make sure everything was up to my expectations. He’s a terrific addition to your team
