Always get a friendly hello from staff, and I have had a very positive experience at this location of Public Storage in Channhassen. Appreciate having my items in a secure climate control environment, that I can reply on for my inventory.

Overall a great experience. I appreciate how the self service was available 24/7 for the first 24 hours. The facility was very well kept and had some cool features. The app made it easy to access and navigate the area. Worth every penny, in my opinion.
