I only used the storage for a few weeks but the time spent was decent. I will say I was disappointed that it wasn't 18 wheeler accessible like I requested but that was the fault of the customer service rep I booked the storage unit with. The movers had to walk our stuff on dollies from the front parking lot all the way to the back due to the truck not being to clear the entrance. So of course that was extra money out of my pocket.
