Worst storage facility ever! This property leaves a lot to be desired, including the property manager, who is never available to talk. My unit has been without light since I've moved in. The property manager only speaks through the employee at the desk and never makes good complaints. Corporate is no better. I am supposed to have 24 hour access because I use my storage for business and am locked out. I asked for this issue to be fixed months ago but no one has addressed it. If someone receives this message I would like to be contacted ASAP so I can access what I need to do business. I called and waited on hold, left a message, emailed, all to no avail.
RecommendedI have used All Storage-Copperas Cove for about 1 1/2 years. It has been one of the better storage units that I have used over the years. Whenever I needed anything, the staff was always there for me. Bobby has been patient with me and was amazing during my move-out, which in general turned out to be the move from Hell! Thank you, Bobby and the rest of your staff, for amazing service over the last 1 1/2 years. I appreciate all your help!

Stay away! We’ve gotten several units from this facility and have had so many issues from elevators not working to it being 90 degrees inside during the summer event though it’s supposed to be “climate controlled”. We weren’t notified about them raising the rent and they raised it 40.00 without any notice! Find it ridiculous during this time they are raising rents and then to top it off being shady about it and not notifying customers! Stay away! So many other storage facilities in the area with better practices.
RecommendedWe’ve had our storage unit for 2 years when we moved. Public storage was very clean and the employees were all very helpful especially Sal and Jimmy!!!!!
They had 4 units broken into and have no cameras and didn't even file a police report. No one told me I had to I was told they did
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately after three months someone broke into our unit and stole so much stuff out of it. They some how managed to break off that huge lock and steal lots of large items like guitars, suitcases, fishing poles.. There are no cameras at this location, so I’m out of luck.
This place is horrible with horrible service the White women in the office is a racist. And was very rude and mean and made us go through hoops to get into our storage even after paying the all fees off. Then trying to get in touch with ms young who is suppose to be the manager but doesn’t work on weekends. I am highly upset. I do not recommend using public storage or this one for that matter
RecommendedI used the all storage location in Copperas Cove Tx. We had the best experience! Every time we called and needed some thing the ladies always knew my name before I even said it, they always were so accommodating to anything they could help with. Margie went above and beyond with my move out process and even let me her own personal pump to use to blow my tire up. I will definitely use again!🙌
