I am supposed to have 24 hour access because I use my storage for business and am locked out. I asked for this issue to be fixed months ago but no one has addressed it. If someone receives this message I would like to be contacted ASAP so I can access what I need to do business. I called and waited on hold, left a message, emailed, all to no avail.
I'll start by saying I only picked one star because I had to. If there was a negative star option, I would chose it. DO NOT USE PUBLIC STORAGE to store your items!!! Long story short, their air conditioning system leaked and several items of ours were completely ruined, including a priceless poster wedding photo, and several pricey formal dresses. This "leak" must've happened more than a month ago, because there is growing mold on many of our wooden picture frames... The dresses and other clothing that got SOAKED smell disgu... read more

This is the worst storage unit business I have ever dealt withZ very unprofessional and very unclear. Leslie one of the employees tell you to use common sense on a problem and then Kurtis the district manger supports this. This place will do anything they can to take your money. I would never recommend this storage company to anyone.
