They have taken customer service out of the equation. The locations that do have a person working there, the employees don't speak even when you are speaking to them. The site offices resemble a prison size booth, where you have to stand and speak to a person who is at their home through a very irritating video monitor on the wall and positioned so that you are uncomfortable viewing the monitor and bending to see or key in your information.
