The entire time I rented a unit at this location, on behalf of the business I work for, I was never late on a payment and I was enrolled in auto-pay. I went in to the office to give notice of vacating two weeks before I emptied the unit at the end of May. The office manager updated my account with the intent to vacate and told me to stop by the office on the day the unit was emptied. At this time, my auto-pay feature was removed. I did not know this.
