Last time renting a storage unit from PS it was at 6200 Miramar Rd. Can't believe this location is much worse than that one. The light is very dark and flooring is old all torn up. The worst thing is on the first day I accessed the storage I was locked out! I was provided a gate code but not one that opens the door in the building. Customer service rep couldn't help either. There's no after hour personnel that can solve an urgent problem! I wasn't even provided papers! I was confused at first why I don't get paperwork. I tho... read more
