Friendly and helpful staff! I left feeling satisfied with the clarification I needed with every question I had. The location itself looked clean and well-kept.
Teresa was amazing! Thank goodness I saw her at the light sweeping up as I pulled in for the first time doing e-rental. Of course the gate was outta range, the app was slow and I went to the wrong unit, but, with her there, I got the lock working and all worked out!!! People power! Zero stars if I could. I politely asked an employee if she worked there, and she yelled, 'YEAH BUT IM OFF.' Absolutely zero customer service skills or basic manners
