I came in a few days ago looking for a 10x10 unit. Lacey was very kind and helpful, showing me around the property. The property is very well kept. Didn’t pull the trigger on the unit but still heavily considering it !

Cristina at Public Storage in San Ramon was amazing! She was so friendly, helpful, and made the whole process quick and easy. Excellent customer service and such a positive experience. Highly recommend!
My unit was dirt upon move in, there was no one to talk to about it, the roof leaks water when it rains and it pools in my unit, and No one is ever at the front desk, no one answers the phone, and the menu options lead no where on the automated phone system.
I’ve tried a total of 3 different storage facilities in San Ramon this one being my 4th. I found that this facility fits me perfectly! i would’ve started with this one if I could. The facility manager has been greatly helpful. That also is reflected in their staff. While I was in the process of moving, Lacey was massive help with a concern I had, and answered all my questions.
