The team at 'Public Service Plumbers' has been exceptional every time we have used them for our house plumbing needs. They have been prompt, thorough and very professional. The pricing is very reasonable and follow up is great. Will use them again and will highly recommend the team to others.
I had a leak and minor stoppage in my toilet, the technician walked back and forth through my home for an hour, after finally saying he couldn't find the problem. But he gave me a huge bill of $250 with the same leaky stopped up toilet! How can you charge this much money and nothing has been repaired!! Most businesses say the assessment/evaluation is free with a $50- $75 service fee (for coming). This company is a rip off!!!!! They should be ashamed!
We had used many plumbing companies over many years, but were never really happy. Public Service Plumbers are the best we have found and we use them in our home and two businesses, EXCLUSIVELY. We understand that to get high level plumbing work done will cost a bit more than hiring a "Chuck With A Truck", but to have a job done RIGHT the first time, priced fairly, on time and with great customer service is really a gift and well worth the extra few dollars. Better bring your banker if you use Public Service. I called for a plugged toilet. Public Service sends two plumbers out for a one plumber job. They were here 45 minutes and gave my wife a bill for $222.88. Make sure the man of the house is around or they will take advantage of the little lady. I have sticker shock, or should I say toilet shock.
