I watched this building go up and was always impressed by it. The location in South Austin is a major plus—close to St. Elmo, Still, and great wine bars. The nearby running in the neighborhood is a nice bonus too. That said, renters should be aware of the full-time residents. The HOA has a reputation for poor management, and I’ve personally seen meetings turn into shouting matches.
