Great gym, yoga/dance room, and proximity to town
Listed phone number does not work , also the building has no leasing office , no way to communicate to rent, no website listed.
Have been a resident for 2 years and in my time Robby our site manager has been absolutely amazing. He’s always helpful, timely, and diligent when it comes to assisting with any questions or concerns that come up. Definitely wanted to make sure he received his just recognition. Thanks Robby!
I watched this building go up and was always impressed by it. The location in South Austin is a major plus—close to St. Elmo, Still, and great wine bars. The nearby running in the neighborhood is a nice bonus too. That said, renters should be aware of the full-time residents. The HOA has a reputation for poor management, and I’ve personally seen meetings turn into shouting matches. Some people here seem more focused on policing their neighbors than building a community (yes, I’m looking at you, dachshund owner on floor 2). E... read more
