This company is nothing but a predatorial loan company. Even after making money off a loan, collecting gap insurance, and reselling a totaled vehicle.....they want to add an almost 5k fee for 2 month of being uninsured last year. This is nothing but banking and insurance at its worst and Ashley neither is helpful nor knowledgeable so if ever you call and need assistance GOOD LUCK BECAUSE YOU ARE GOING TO NEED IT DEALING WITH THESE SHARKS.

This is now the 3RD time this institution has shut off my debit card on a weekend with no notice whatsoever. 1st time i was on vacation in the Ozarks and this time they shut it off after they closed the day before Christmas eve! I have plenty of $ in my account, but cannot get to any of it. This is absolutely one of the worst financial institutions that I have ever dealt with and I will be closing my account once they open after Christmas and talking my business elsewhere. I have been a member for 32 yrs because the service and servicES keep me captivated. My $ is well handled, and I am well served. Why would I become a number to get shuffled thru a line at a banking chain who over charges me? Pf!
