PECU's business practice on incurring late payment fees for their members needs to be changed. They use your monthly paper statement instead of their "online" system to subject their members with the $25 late payment fee. I don't get a paper statement; it's through e-statement. If I had not checked my October statement, which shows a late payment of $25, I would never had known this is what happened. So if you get e-statements take the time to REVIEW it.
