A friend and I ordered food for delivery and the fish was actually raw. The whole meal inedible. Called to complain and was told a gift certificate would be sent out. It was never sent. My friend called numerous times but never received a call back. When she did reach the owner Steve she was told she was really just in it for the money. He was so rude and even hung up on her. Received bad food and they have yet to make it right. I do not recommend pub 42. For the amount they charge for their food their food and service could be a lot better. Not impressed
Poor customer service. told 10-15 minutes for 2 and a group of 3 came in after us and got seated immediately. after 25 minutes we left.
