RecommendedDon Barfoot jumped through hoops to make sure my truck was driving perfect after an issue with a set of tires I purchased. Their service after the sale is second to none. They have my recommendation.
Do not do business with Performance Tire and Wheel in Gulfport. Paid $833 for them to fix my car. Within 30 minutes of picking it up it did same thing. Called them immediately, was told by Don Barefoot if it wasnt in limp mode it wasn' the same (even though all lights going off were the same as when it was towed to them.)Friday it went into limp mode and was towed to them..I was told they would help with rental. Provided the enterprise information at 11 am. At 445 today they called enterprise and gave me a bunch of excuses. ... read more

I’m never disappointed with my service here but today was exceptional. As I found out last minute I could go to Jackson and be a small part of my sons “swearing in ceremony,” I needed tires before going to Jackson. Couldn’t take a chance at not making it. I can’t say enough good things about the guys at PTW. I was driving a borrowed vehicle while mine was in the shop when I noticed a wire hanging from the transmission area. I was on my way to work and decided to pull in there hoping they could help me out. Within seconds they had the truck on the lift and realized it was nonessential and secured it safely and had me back on the road in minutes, NO CHARGE! Great group of people!
Totally Amazing Customer Service. Southern Fire brings our work vehicles to get worked on there. My husband and I have also had work done. They are amazing with everything. Customer Service is top notch. Never to disappoint. If you need a personal vehicle or company vehicle fixed there. I give 💯 to everything they do.
They fixed a brake problem I was having after the dealership failed at the repairs.. twice! Great quality and really nice guys working there. Thanks!
