Crooked management beware
I lived in an apartment for 2 years before PTP management took over. The previous management replaced my windows due to mold accumulation, had the apartment appraised and my rent was never raised. After less than a year with PTP- who never reached out, or inspected the unit- my rent was raised over 20% with no explanation. When I reached out they listed things that had been done over the past 10 years, according to other tenants (who’s rents were not raised).
