I had such a wonderful experience at Optica Hermoso! I’m in love with the design and craftsmanship of the handmade frames — both my eyeglasses and sunglasses are not only beautiful but incredibly comfortable. You can really feel the quality and care that goes into their pieces. The service I received was warm, professional, and so attentive. I left feeling confident and stylish. Highly recommend for anyone looking for unique, high-quality eyewear!

I had a great experience at this optical store. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. We had a very disappointing experience at Óptica Hermoso. Everything seemed fine until we asked for a copy of our eye exam results. At first, they said they don’t email results, and only after insisting did they print them for us. Later, when we needed the results by email, I called and was spoken to with anger and no respect. The person on the phone was rude and said we had to pay a fee to get the results emailed. I agreed and paid, then received the email. I absolutely love going here for my glasses! The owner is kind and helpful, and the selection of frames and styles is excellent, with a mix of minimalist frames and very nice European designer frames that can make more of a statement. I have also had very good experiences updating my prescription with their optometrists. If you’re reading this, go see for yourself and you will not be disappointed!
