As per my three visits in this location, dr. Lauren Hsia looked a nice person and trying to help, but eventually what you expect is the quality of the product and glasses and lenses they provide. I personally was not happy with their work and product and lenses they use ( I assure they they used the cheapest lenses for my glasses I could easily compare it with Hakim Optics’ lenses that I had before, and besides the staff on duty was not so respectful and professional.
The staff member on duty today was rude and disrespectful. She failed to provide me with important details about the process for picking up my children's glasses. Her attitude was unprofessional and disappointing
Extremely polite and friendly service, i am pretty happy of vision test that i experienced there. Lida helps a-lot regarding the appropriate sunglasses to buy and arranging a visit time. If you are looking for style on your eyes this is the right place.
I had an excellent experience at Optica Hermoso! The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. They took time to understand my needs and helped me find the perfect pair of glasses. The selection of frames was vast, with a great mix of trendy and classic styles.
