Tech support is non-existent. No need to detail the ridiculousness of my experience as many reviews here tell the story. Multiple unanswered support tickets and emails. Their website lists their "partners," and at least one of the three in my state had no idea he was a partner. Good luck with this company, you will certainly need it.

They do not offer technical support over the phone anymore and never reply to tickets placed. I have 2 current tickets that have been in for days and have had 0 contact. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Absolutely terrible! Had issues with our gate and submitted a ticket, called and left messages countless times. Today I just received an email back saying "Thank you for being a valued PTI Security customer. Our support team has noticed that you have a support request that is several weeks old, and we are reaching out to determine if you are still in need of assistance. I have had PTI for about 15 years. They were very good in the beginning but have grown worse every year with support. We are down and submitted a support ticket 30 days ago with no response. We have called 5X with no return call. We contacted the salesperson 2x who has submitted escalation request but no response from support. I would highly recommend them to all our competition....

Where do I begin. If anybody ever had issues and required their assistance, then you know that their customer service is beyond terrible. I have owned the system for over 3 years and had a few things go wrong. NO thanks to PTI and the preferred customer email support ticket, we figured out the issues and corrected them ourselves. The monthly subscription is a waste of money. I did not want to give them a bad review but based on my experience of many years in the self-storage business, my opinion is that they are one of, if not the, worst gate and security companies in the industry. We made the mistake of buying StorLogix Cloud from them, converting almost all our properties to that system. I agree with the poor customer service. I really dislike the process to get in touch with technical support. I am a security provider and really dread when a customer has PTI installed. The technical support technicians are how ever knowledgeable if you could get in touch with them while on site.

Some of the worst customer service I've ever seen. What kind of company sells high level technology and doesn't have a tech support number. I have to put in a special ticket on the website and have them contact me back... in a week... maybe. It has been 9 days since I put my last ticket in. I have a deadline to mean in 4. I have tried putting in a second ticket. I've tried reaching out to sales. No one will get back to me. I need help now. Not whenever you get around to it.
