The pull cord on my lawn mower snapped and I couldn't figure out how to get the new cord to recoil. After a few weeks of poking around and consulting YouTube in how to fix the issue I decided to take it to PTF. They got the mower up and running within a few hours and sharpened the blade too. Saved me a headache. I should have gone to them sooner!
Bought an over priced air filter from this shop had to wait because I paid with cash…. Ended up putting it on my cc. Didn’t find the owner very friendly, no thank u or good bye. Wouldn’t use their service again!
Thank you for sending me back with my blower I brought in without charge and only advise. I promise to be like a chemist w/ my oil to gas ratio. Nice new location too!
Subject: Exceptional Service at PTF Engine & Tools I have no hesitation whatsoever attesting to the professional, knowledgeable, and friendly lawn mower servicing provided by PTF Engine & Tools. Aside from a tune-up, my Lawn-Boy 6.5 hp Briggs & Stratton was also temperamental when starting, which was caused by an intermittent coil. This mower is older technology but reliable and well-built.
