Dude in the phone was an absolute prick. Horrible attitude and even worse customer service. Tried to tell him my issue and he just cuts you off and spews something about a 40 dollar diagnostic fee blah blah blah. Don’t bother going here.
I have known Dan for years and he is a solid guy. Great individual who will not up charge for any repair and is very efficient with timing. I go to these guys for all of my small engine repair needs and it is a headache free process. please support local and go to these guys. They really do a great job.
The pull cord on my lawn mower snapped and I couldn't figure out how to get the new cord to recoil. After a few weeks of poking around and consulting YouTube in how to fix the issue I decided to take it to PTF. They got the mower up and running within a few hours and sharpened the blade too. Saved me a headache. I should have gone to them sooner!
Bought an over priced air filter from this shop had to wait because I paid with cash…. Ended up putting it on my cc. Didn’t find the owner very friendly, no thank u or good bye. Wouldn’t use their service again!
Thank you for sending me back with my blower I brought in without charge and only advise. I promise to be like a chemist w/ my oil to gas ratio. Nice new location too!
