Dr. Jacob and the entire office staff are outstanding. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail make every visit smooth and stress-free.

Dr Jacob and his team were fantastic. The visit started with an Echo and EKG both tests performed with care and consideration. I then met Dr. Jacob who listened, was empathetic, reassuring and took his time to answer all my questions. If I have any other cardiac concerns, I would go to Dr. Jacob immediately. Only improvement area would be setting the expectation for the duration of the first visit, because the Echo / EKG took about 30 minutes on top of the appointment.
Dr. Jacob. I highly recommend him. The staff compliments his practice with good service and beautiful smiles.
