Always have to seek a second opinion because they always just brush my daughter off as having a virus. These docs hand out motrin doses like it's candy and think it'll cover the issue. I would rather pay out of pocket at the ER or the urgent cares in town than set foot in this place again. This place only cares about money and vaccinating your children. I'm against certain, not all, vaccines and this place will shame you for it. I was told my daughter would die alone in a hospital room because I refused to do a flu vaccine. ... read more
Dr. Allison McLellan, MD She is absolutely phenomenal! Blue hair, pink shoes, great taste in music AND connected with my oldest kiddo when I couldn't. She sat there and took the time to connect, to listen, and to educate. She and her MA actually seem to read the chart before going in the room. I don't feel like I have to re explaine anything we've talked about previously. I will be forever grateful to her and the time she took to figure out what was going on with my kiddo. Dr. Bruce Hess is everything you hope for in a pediatrician. Thorough, patient, and genuinely caring. He never rushes us, explains everything clearly, and truly listens to our concerns. His PPA, Emily, is just as wonderful. She’s gentle, reassuring, and always makes sure we feel supported and informed. We trust them completely with our daughter’s care, and every visit gives us so much peace of mind. I highly recommend Dr. Hess and Emily.
I’ve been here before and seen other providers, this time I was scheduled with Allison McLellan. She just wasn’t a good fit for us. We came in with a packet of paper filled out to bring to our appointment and she said since we homeschool those don’t apply since there’s not a “teacher” to fill out the paperwork.
