We’ve had repeated issues with my four-year-old’s vaccinations here on three separate occasions. She was accidentally double dosed once, and on two other occasions she was given vaccines too early and had to be vaccinated again. While these mistakes have been acknowledged and apologized for, they keep happening, and I’ve lost trust in the provider.
They've messed up my my toddlers shots 3 times now on three separate occasions. She's been double dosed by accident, dosed to early and had to be redosed. Nursing staff was rude. I'm finding a new doctor. They've apologized for making mistakes but just keep making them.
Wonderfully professional loving environment and absolutely I love the fact that they have a book club in the waiting room for the youngsters

Whoever is working their scheduling department needs to be fired as soon as possible. Ive been trying to get my NICU baby in and whenever I call they have an attitude, get snappy with me, or insists I havent already provided the info that I literally have for my child. She is now insisting I just come in, with 2 kids one of which is weeks old because you cant handle a phone call??? FIRED immediately, what a waste of breathe.
