The staff was friendly, but the billing was outrageous—over $1000 for a simple torticollis assessment for our baby, with charges split into multiple categories like manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and therapeutic activities (not sure how those differ during a basic assessment!). The session definitely didn’t reflect that level of complexity or cost. The clinic also didn’t seem to have much experience with infants, and the space wasn’t baby-friendly. Great experience! The staff is friendly and I always feel like a valued patient. Brent is a great PT, listens well, and offers personalized care. Jay at the front desk is also great.
Staff are methodical and exceptionally knowledgeable. Adaptable, and genuinely concerned with getting you better.
