PT Solutions is very clean. The people who work with you are nice, courteous, and friendly. They always welcome you with a smile.
Pt solutions is a very relaxing environment with great physical therapists and they are very caring and relaxed. They work with you and your specific needs when you come in. I had to do a light workout because the next day I was having a spinal injection epidural from my surgeon. Therapist Ross was very understanding about this. Stacy is fantastic as well as Ross. My wife and I had our first appointment today with Stacy. Stacy was very thorough . He explained and answered all questions very well. The receptionist also deserves recognition . Over the last several weeks obtaining an authorization by our insurance company has been problematic to say the least. Amanda followed up with our insurance carrier to obtain approval. Amanda kept us abreast of the status of authorization at all times. Much appreciated. The PT Solutions location was very clean and organized. A+ for the first visit.... read more
I started with Stacy and have been with Ross Bento mostly. The pain I’m experiencing has dropped from an 8 to about a 5. So the therapy seems to be working. Ross says I have a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders. Both of the therapists are excellent, very professional, light hearted and have so much knowledge about the muscles and tendons. Ross has educated me into what exercises I will need to keep doing after the therapy comes to an end. I am extremely grateful to Ross and Stacy for what they have done with me.
