My son started going here to avoid surgery. We had been to two other places and were not happy with them. When we got here I was extremely impressed! They talked with him, got to know more about what was going on, what his goal was, and together we came up with a treatment plan that worked for him and them. Now that he is post surgery we are returning as I feel they will give him the best chance of a full recovery! Megan is the best! She is awesome and my son really trust her in this trying time for him!
Very pleasant staff. Clean facilities with up to date equipment. Great place. Definitely recommend to others
All the staff are customer service oriented. Brooke my physical therapist, is very knowledgeable and helpful during this time. They have a working text number, I used when phones were busy or they were at lunch. Initially they would respond, change of staff, or lack of staff. I quit texting. It's very clean, including the bathrooms. I lowered my review. After a year of physical therapy, things changed. Staff changed. Shows something there. That's my experience during that time.
I love this place. The therapists are great and very understanding on how i feel. Couldn't ask for a better place to get therapy.
