Kristen explained everything thoroughly and made sure I received my garments as ordered. And, she was available to talk to me and explained the order. I have gone away for four months and I will talk to her when we return to Columbus.
Kristin Bateman-Martin OT is personable and professional. She is experienced at treating Lymphedema. She explained my condition and the recovery plan. Thanks to her my symptoms are improved and I feel much better. She made sure that I received the correct accessories to continue my treatment at home. She has an excellent relationship with the other medical professionals at the Columbus wound care center, as well as, her other patients.
