I had a fantastic experience with PT Maintenance. Our blower motor went out; the part was on backorder and I was told by our builder contractor it would take 3-5 business days. Teresa, with PT, made some phone calls and found the part and ordered it for me and had it shipped overnight express. They were able to send someone out the same day the part arrived.
