I had an AC issue where the system suddenly stopped cooling during the hottest part of the day. The technician from PT Maintenance came out quickly, diagnosed the problem, and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. He found that a dirty air filter and a dirty outdoor condenser coil had likely caused the unit to overheat. Pete at PT Maintenance was absolutely outstanding. When our office AC suddenly stopped blowing cold air, I sent a message and Pete responded almost immediately. With my permission, he was able to assess the situation before I even arrived, got me a very reasonable quote, and showed up fully prepared with everything needed for the repair. Pete and Teresa run a tight ship. We've used their services for the last 7 years and won't go to anyone else!!! Very honest with pricing, do quality work, explain everything while doing the job, but most of all very responsive and always on time. We needed them in emergency situations in the middle of the Texas Summer and Pete showed up within an hour! Thank you PT Maintenance!

Overall, couldn't recommend more!! PT Maintenance matched and beat several quotes for my top-of-the-line American Standard Air A/C system. We replaced our old, very inefficient a/c system with the new one...which is light years ahead of what we had. The installation was professional, clean, and took approximately 4 hours. Besides the new system, you couldn't tell they were there!!
