I am extremely happy to choose P.T. Heating & A/C Service to replace 2 of my A/C units and furnaces. After one of my old units failed; Pat and his team from P.T. Besides professional workmanship, Pat patiently explained how those units work and promised to provide proper maintenance after the sale. I guess I am the lucky guy who picked the right company. Hats off to PT Heating and Cooling !!! Had to call them last Friday due the furnace making a terrible noise and then quit working. Paul was at my house with in a couple hours detected the problem, got the furnace running and ordered us a new one. He and his partner came back today ( Monday) and installed the new furnace. They were great ! put drop tarps down from front door to basement door, had furnace up and running in about 2 1\2 hrs., and they were very professional and kind ! I just had a new furnace, air conditioner and hot water heater installed by this company. I was totally impressed by their timeliness, efficiency, courteousness, and professionalism! The best! Amazing company and great service! We had furnace and AC all done at once. Our AC is right next to our deck and is incredibly quiet! Love it!
