I am enjoying my membership. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I love the fact that I don't have to set my weight machines up or document what I did,because the trainer does all of that for me. I am able to get a good workout in by moving from one machine to the next.
Basics are all you need and that is what this place has! I enjoyed my time there with friendly staff and clean facilities.
