Tara is a very skilled clinician specializing in phobias, narcissistic abuse, relational trauma, and anxiety. She blends integrative somatic parts work, IFS, attachment, and psychodynamic therapies with trauma-informed mind–body approaches to create lasting change.
Dr. Tara has been incredibly helpful in resolving our relationship problems. Thanks to her guidance, my boyfriend and I have overcome our issues and are now stronger than ever. We owe her a huge thanks for her support and expertise.
